Jai was only 7 days old when I went to their house to photograph him. Malisha and Bhavesh are new parents, but you would have never known by their calmness. They had family members there helping us all out and they were just too sweet!!!

Have you noticed Heaven & Kaiden's freckles? They are absolutely adorable!!!!! Had such a good time going into town to meet Aryn and her precious family. Anna (who's 3) was soooooo stinking cute and had the sweetest personality. She ran right up to me, as if we've known each other forever and Victoria had a nasty cold but she just kept on smiling and being silly. Aryn found out about me from a past client of mine (love those referrals) and we had a good time during the photo session and had a chance to use my new bunting banners from the talented Mrs. Courtney Hornsby from Sassy Stitches. I can not truly express how grateful I am for all of my fans and clients. I started my business 3 years ago and each and every day, I still learn something new....about myself as a person and about my passion for photography. In the beginning I was just trying to keep my head above water, not really thinking about incorporating my style. As the years went by, I built up my confidence and started to relax a bit and found myself asking the question, "Where do I want to go with this? What is the image I want to portray?" January is always a slow month for me and last January it was unusually slow. I started getting nervous and asking the question, "What do I need to do differently?" I truly think God gave me that quiet time to reflect on my business image and to give me time to be creative because I started to incorporate props and found myself really loving the whole vintage look. I love vintage flare, so I started shopping around and purchasing props from garage sales, antique shops, etc. and boy did my clients love it because I went from slow to overwhelmingly busy! Thank you Jesus! Now I have almost 1,500 fans and as promised a few months ago, I was going to launch a giveaway when my fans reached 1,500, as an appreciation to each and every one of you! So this is the lil' stinker that was in Jamie's belly! Miss Hadley (Don't you love that name???) was so tiny, only weighing 5lbs during our session! She slept like a.....well...a baby and was just as precious as ever!

Jamie and her husband meet me in this old abandoned lot that I had passed for years (literally), never paying much attention to it and all of the sudden I noticed it and I was so upset with myself that I had passed this property for so long, missing the opportunity to photograph it. Well Jamie met me up there and I had this crazy idea (the house and apron photos) that I was excited to tell her about, but weary b/c I didn't know if she'd be up to it and sure enough, she was such a good sport! She threw the apron on, grabbed the broom and walked up to the house and said, "Where do you want me" I was in heaven! (I get excited over silly things...lol) The session turned out just how I wanted it and I was so thankful for wonderful clients!

Brandon and Nga are from out of town and I was honored that they wanted to use me as their engagement photographer. Nga is from down under.....Australia! So here walks up this teeny tiny little beauty and when she spoke to me, a strong Australian accent bellows out...it was crazy. Brandon, on the other hand, is this super tall Texan that over towered her, but their love was so sweet and just totally impressed me. Of course we had to get her to jump on the last photography, into his arms to show the difference in their size...lol

Amanda and Michael are neighbors of ours and they are by far the cutest freakin' couple...seriously.... I couldn't wait to take her photos, so we took advantage of living in our neighborhood and just walked right down the street to our local park and took our photos there.

Christi and Brian are a gorgeous couple and I'm shooting their wedding this year and I'm so excited!!! We met in Navasota at her mothers ranch and that's Doc, her horse! He wanted to be in all the photos, I think he was a little jealous..lol
